If you are a faculty, staff, or student member of a university or school, you are eligible for academic pricing on select Data Description products. (The school must be an accredited, degree-granting institution, and your status must be able to be verified by the institution.) Terms and Payment Information: Orders delivered to a NY State address will include 8% NY State sales tax. Checks must be payable to “Data Description, Inc.” and drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express accepted. Payment terms are net 30 days and subject to credit approval. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Shipping Policies: Data Description will process all orders within one (1) business day. If there are problems with your order, payment information or shipping information, we will contact you within one (1) business day. We are not responsible for incorrect telephone numbers or e-mail addresses. All U.S. orders, unless otherwise specified, are shipped 2nd Day Air. We can ship Overnight for an additional cost. We can also ship Ground to continental U.S. shipping addresses. We cannot ship to post office boxes. Returns Policy: When purchased from Data Description, Inc., software may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact us prior to any return for authorization. Data Description does not accept returns for documentation orders. Freight/shipping charges are non-refundable. |
