Multimedia Development Technician

Part-time position, potentially leading to full-time. Individual will assist in the creation and support of multimedia education software and data analysis products.

HTML knowledge required.
Experience with Photoshop, statistics and databases a plus.

The successful candidate must be self-motivated with strong communication skills, comfortable using a variety of software programs, able to work as part of a team and willing to learn new skills.

Technical Support Analyst

Responsibilities include:

Helping customers use the company’s software programs to meet specific needs
Developing web-based support tools and print documentation
Working as part of a development team to build new data analysis/visualization products and computer-based multimedia training courses

HTML knowledge required. Experience with Javascript, XML, statistics, and databases a plus. Must be a self-motivated person with strong communication skills, comfortable using a variety of software programs, able to work as part of a team and willing to learn new skills. Experience with statistics software and the computer software industry is a plus.
